成都市版权局：按照“激励创造、有效运用、依法保护、科学管理”的基本方针，将版权工作主动服务大局，从推动产业转型升级着手，以版权公共服务为基础、以加强版权保护为手段、以促进版权转化运用为核心，构建和谐绿色版权生态系统，成效显著。形成了政府主导、媒体推动、公众参与的版权宣教格局，提升了公众版权意识和认知水平。健全调解、行政执法、司法保护等方面机制，有力地维护了市场秩序。率先开展著作权登记资助、版权经纪双证培训、举办中国国际博览会，深化了版权服务。统计调查显示，2014年，成都版权产业经营收入5165.95亿元，较2013年增长12.45%。

The bureau works to inspire innovative models of copyright protection, application and management, while at the same time, focusing on the role of copyright in industrial transformation and upgrading. Such efforts have achieved impressive results, as seen in the improved local copyright industry. To promote public awareness of copyright, the administration works with media outlets and encourages broad participation in outreach campaigns. It also established effective mechanisms for the mediation, administration and legal protection of the industry to ensure its sound development. It is among the first entities to sponsor copyright registration and to offer copyright agency training programs. It also has staged the China International Fair. Statistics reveal that in 2014 local copyright industry recorded RMB 516.595 billion in operating revenues, up by 12.45 percent over 2013.
